   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

   Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or courier service issues.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OGMART is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by carriers. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier or email us and we will do our best to assist.


Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

   Request must be submitted within 2–4 days of delivery (based on product type).

   Items must be:

      Unused and in original condition

      In original packaging with all accessories and labels

      Not damaged by improper use

Items Not Eligible for Return

   Digital or downloadable products

   Gift cards

   Clearance or final sale items

   Personalized, intimate, or hygiene-related products

Requesting a Return

To start a return, email:

   Reason for Return

   Photos (if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  Customer pays return shipping unless:
     Wrong item sent
     Item received damaged
     Defective product confirmed


Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to:

    Original payment method, or

    Store credit (upon request)

Refund may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Partial Refunds

May apply if:

   Item is damaged by customer or missing parts

   Packaging is incomplete

   Return request submitted after the return window


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

   Defective items

   Wrong item received

   Size or color replacements (pending stock availability)

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
